Staff development incorporates basic adult education, internal trainee schemes, financial assistance for work-related studies and loans for employee dependent’s school and tertiary study fees. A formal program exists to identify and develop previously disadvantaged individuals within the company for senior positions.
The company and its employees subscribe to a strict code of ethics that governs relationships between the company and its clients, its suppliers, its employees as well as the law. Employees are bound by this code through training and their terms of employment. Our ethics policy is further supported and managed by Delloitte who provide an anonymous Tip-Off phone line which all staff are encouraged to report any underhanded or dishonest dealings they may encounter within the company.
