Pre-print Stationery Sourcing and Stock Management

We assist our clients with a total outsource solution, and they in turn benefit from the bulk purchasing arrangements which we have with litho print suppliers in the market. In addition we store the stationery on our premises and manage the stock usage for our clients. This allows them to concentrate on their core business activities.

Automated Mailing Services

We offer a full mailing service. The combination of OMR technology and fully automated mailing machines ensures that all mailing is handled efficiently with full tracking of each mail item. We have capacity to hand insert all non-standard mail items and also deliver mail to the Bulk Mail Centers in the different centers we operate in.

Postal Code Address Verification (PAMSS Certificates):

LaserCom is an accredited vendor. We will check, correct where necessary all relevant details of a client’s database against the latest postal code tables supplied to us by the Post Office for this purpose. Issue the PAMSS certificate which allows our customers to claim maximum postal discounts from SAPO

Nixie (Return Mail) Management

Many companies do not have the resources to ensure that they keep customer address details updated on their database. LaserCom offers a comprehensive Management System that provides a customer with an electronic report which includes full details and reason codes for the undelivered mail. This allows further action to be taken to rectify the information in the database.

Forms design, data manipulation etc

We have a well trained IT Department with comprehensive skills and various software programs to assist our clients with whatever jobs they require assistance with.

Finishing

We offer a wide range of finishing services. These include: Comb binding, Spiral binding, Wire bind, Perfect binding and Padding. We also offer lamination of posters an other documents. Wide format Black& White and full colour printing eg architectural drawings, posters etc
