LaserCom boasts state of the art postal mailing equipment and processes. This allows us to offer specialised, high volume mail processing services, including:

• Mail insertion into all envelope sizes, ranging from DL(110mm x 220mm ) to C4 (324mm x 229mm)
• One step mailing
• The manual process of non-standard items
• Sequence control, parity checking and selective insertion of items such as brochures, leaflets etc.

Integrated software on our mailing machines monitors the full mail process, ensuring that each mail item is accounted for. It also provides full job integrity and job tracking.

Optical Mark Recognition and barcode processing

Our intelligent mailing machines use Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) and bar-coding to accurately manage the six feeding and one main station on our machines. This is ideal for multiple page mailings involving statements, invoices and other unique customer documents that require matching and placing into one envelope.
Brochures, flyers and other promotional material can be inserted on a selective basis right down to customer level, based on information from companies’ customer databases.
LaserCom offers a comprehensive return mail management system that provides clients with electronic reports that include full details and reason codes for the returned mail.

PAMSS accredited vendor

LaserCom is an SA Post Office accredited vendor, providing a fast and efficient checking and data verification service. We also issue PAMSS certificates to facilitate the claiming of postal discounts.

Onsite SAPO representative

To ensure fast and efficient postal mail delivery, LaserCom has access to the services of an onsite SA Post Office
representative when required. We deliver to the nearest bulk mail depots and provide SAPO Bulk Mail Receipts to our customers as proof of postage, and to confirm postal discounts that have been allowed for each run.
